Prices:
Monday – Sunday
- 50 minute use of the Field (2.5-acre field) = £10.00 for up to three dogs.
For each additional dog over three dogs there is a supplement of £2.00. (The maximum number of dogs that can be booked in at any one time is 7).
Opening times and payment:
- The site is open 7 days a week between the hours of 8am and 8pm (the latest booking available being 7pm).
- The site will periodically close for maintenance and in certain circumstances this will be without notice.
- All bookings should be made via the website and payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Cancelling or changing a booking:
- Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the planned session start time (there will be no charge for cancelling a booking as long as it is more than 24 hours before the planned session start time).
- Bookings may be changed to a different time up to 24 hours before the planned session start time (there will be no charge for changing a booking).
- Bookings cannot be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the planned session start time.
- Bookings may not be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of their planned session start time, except in specific circumstances.
- If a session start time is missed, then the session end time may not be extended.
- If a session is missed entirely, then no refund will be given, and it will not be possible to reschedule the session. A new session would need to be booked and paid for via the website.
Parking:
Parking is within the designated parking area opposite the entrance to the field.
- There must be no parking in the grass fields.
- There must be no parking on the side of the Ancroft to Allerdean road.
- Vehicles and contents parked on the site are entirely at the owner’s risk.
Health and safety/ care of the site:
- All dog poo must be collected, bagged in biodegradable poo bags, and placed in the bins provided.
- Other litter may be left in the litter bins provided.
- Users of the site are expected to take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of their dogs.
- If any damage to the gates, fencing, or equipment is observed this should be reported to the operators of the site, using the details above.
Site Etiquette:
- The harsh handling of dogs or the use of electric collars is not allowed on the site.
- Users of the site are expected to treat each other with respect and be courteous with one another, especially during the period of transition from one session to another.
- Anyone using aggressive or unpleasant behaviour towards their dogs, other users of the site or site staff will be barred.
- Users of the field must have loaded their dog back into their vehicles and have left the field and secure parking areas by the planned end time of their session.
- Dogs should be kept in the vehicle until the previous users have left the secure area.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead when not in the secure areas.
- Professional dog walkers and trainers should contact the operators of the site using the above contact details above prior to booking.
